MUSICAL THEATRE JAZZ DANCE WORKSHOP (ages 8-14)
Join this innovative and exciting virtual dance class! In each class students will do warm-up / cool down stretches & learn dance technique & vocabulary + a dance combination. Classes will be held via Zoom. Once you register you will be sent a link so that you may join by computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone & participate. Put your best foot forward and have fun in the process in the educational and enjoyable class!
NOTE: Hair should be up and back off face. Students must dress appropriately for movement. Be sure to have a water bottle to stay hydrated.

TUITION: $20.00 (Annual Registration Fee waived.)
TEACHING ARTIST: Heather Harris (a CTA alumna) discovered her love of theatre at age 6 on the CTA stage in Snow White Goes West. 25 years later, she is honored to be sharing her passion and experiences with another generation of performers. Heather has performed extensively throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia and even for a time at the Disneyland Resort in California. Heather studied musical theatre, voice, and dance at Carnegie Mellon University, AACC, and Suitland High School for the Visual and Performing Arts. She created and runs the musical theatre program for the Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks where she also teaches dance. Click here to read more about CTA's Teaching Artists.
