Audition Workshop
Elevate your acting, song, dance, audition technique and confidence. Get your audition material ready with this specialized workshop and one-on-one + group guidance from local theatre professionals.
- Attain effective and confident audition techniques
- Get successful acting and audition skills and mindset
- Learn how to sing, interpret, and prepare your song selection.
- Prepare for the dance component of an audition by learning a dance combination with feedback.
NOTE:
- Students must have 16-32 bars of two song selections prepared. Bring sheet music and/or a digital recording of the accompaniment music (no vocals on the track allowed) on your device.
- Hair must be pulled back and out of the face.
- Wear clothing appropriate for movement. Shoes should be either dance shoes or sneakers secured with laces or velcro. No open-toe shoes, flip-flops, sandals, or crocs.
- Bring a refillable water bottle with your student's name on it.
- Bring a healthy lunch & snacks.
AGES: 8-14 (Level: Beginner-Advanced)
