MASTERCLASS: MUSICAL THEATRE AUDITION (ages 12-18)
Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to get direct feedback from a New York based Casting Director on your audition technique in an online group setting. This class was designed to guide young performing artists in the development and maintenance of a strong audition in musical theatre. Students will perform a 32-bar vocal selection + a one-minute monologue & receive one-on-one coaching to hone their performance skills. The class will conclude with a Q&A where students & parents are encouraged to ask about education, auditions, and more.

TEACHING ARTIST: Rikki Gimelstob is a New York based Casting Director. She worked as a staff member at Telsey + Company for five years and has also worked with Donna Grossman Casting and NBC/Universal. Past TV projects include both seasons of NOS4A2 (AMC), and numerous pilots for NBC, AMC and FOX. She cast Spike Jonze’s “Changers: A Dance Story” and has contributed to the casting of St. Ann’s Warehouse productions “People, Places & Things” and the West-End transfer of “THE JUNGLE." Select commercial credits include: Geico, Verizon, Citibank, GE, Macy’s and many others. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan's School of Music, Theatre and Dance and is heavily involved with Cycle For Survival, a charity that raises money for rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. www.rikkigimelstob.com
